What happens next
Step 1: We get to know your community
A member of our team contacts you to talk through your association: its size, its governing documents, its budget and what your board wants from a manager. We may ask for documents such as your budget and recent financial statements.
Step 2: We prepare your proposal
You receive a written proposal tailored to your association, with clear pricing. No hidden fees and no surprise charges.
Step 3: Your board decides, and we handle the transition
We're happy to meet with your board to answer questions. If you choose Accord, we coordinate the transition: records, accounts, owner communication and setup of your portal and community website.
