HOA Portal Login
The fastest way to get things done. View community documents, pay, submit requests and, in some communities, register vehicles.

Make HOA Payment
Use the Make HOA Payment button to pay your HOA assessments online.
Paying by mail
Mail checks to:

Put your association's name on the first line, and allow time for delivery by the due date. Include your Account ID on the check. It’s a unique 7-digit number you can find in the HOA Portal.
Vehicle registration
If your community requires parking registration, register vehicles through the portal. Not sure? Check your community's rules or ask your community manager.
Maintenance requests
Broken light, sprinkler leak or damaged fence in a common area? Submit a request through the portal.
Submitted → Reviewed(is it an association responsibility?) → Assigned to a vendor → Completed → Closed with an update.
Timing depends on the work, vendors and weather; larger projects may need board approval. Some items are the owner's responsibility under your governing documents.

For urgent common-area problems like major leaks or flooding that can't wait. Non-urgent? Use the portal or call 720-230-7303 during business hours.
Documents and records
Most documents are in the portal. Can't find one? Email info@accordhoa.com or call 720-230-7303 with your name, address and the document. Colorado law gives owners the right to inspect and copy many association records.

Fence, paint, patio or landscaping change? Most exterior changes need approval first. Check your design guidelines, then submit through the portal. Read Before You Build .
