Your HOA Portal: Pay Assessments, Submit Requests and Find Documents

By the Accord Property Management team |

The HOA Portal is the one place to pay assessments, submit requests and find your community's documents. Here is how to get signed in and what you can do there.

Where do I pay my assessments? How do I send in a request? Where are the community documents? For Accord-managed communities, the answer to all three is the same: your HOA Portal.

How to sign in

  1. Go to www.accordhoa.com and choose HOA Portal Login.
  2. Sign in with your owner credentials. If it is your first time, register for an account.
  3. Once you are in, you will see your account and your community's information in one place.

What you can do in the portal

  • Make a payment. Pay your HOA assessments online, any time.
  • Submit requests. Send in maintenance or architectural requests when your community offers them online.
  • Find statements and notices. Review your account and community notices without waiting on a call back.
  • Look up community documents. Keep governing documents and other community information handy.

Prefer to pay by check?

You can still mail a check to P.O. Box 98445, Phoenix, AZ 85038-0445. Be sure to include your Account ID, the unique 7-digit number you will find in the HOA Portal, so your payment is applied to the right account.

Why it helps

Keeping your account information in one spot saves phone tag, helps you stay current on payments and makes sure you see community updates when they go out.
