Community Association Managers Needed For Growing HOA Management Firm

Accord is looking for experienced, responsible, full-time Association Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate is an honest, dependable, team player and self-starter with strong ethics and pride in the quality of their work. You will provide management services to a portfolio of community associations with great support from our established team.

Job Requirements:

Must demonstrate strong PC skills, be proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to attend 4 to 6 evening HOA board meetings each month required
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision
Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to speak in public with confidence
Ability to draft professional correspondence with proper format and grammar
Ability to interpret basic financial statements, (balance sheet and income/expense statement)
Ability to manage a portfolio of diverse community associations, mid-rise condos and attached PUDs
Community Association Manager experience preferred
CMCA or equivalent certification preferred

Compensation: Rate of pay will start at $50,000 depending upon experience and ability to contribute. Opportunities for advancement with growth.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Prior experience in maintenance or construction preferred. Must maintain a professional appearance at all times. All applicants will be tested on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
The Community Association Manager (Property Manager) provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with Company objectives. Responsibilities include working closely with the Homeowners Association, Board of Directors and/or the developer to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills are required.
